LeasingLessors pay for board, expenses and lessons on a monthly basis for exclusive use of the horse. Lessors pay an initial fee set at 30% of the horse's market price.
Expenses include farrier, veterinarian and insurance costs. A partial lease is available for select horses. Full lease entails 6 rides per week Part lease entails 3 rides per week SJD is prepared to help you find your ideal partner for lease or purchase. SUMMER LEASE PROGRAM SJD is proud to offer our summer lease program. Without a summer lesson program we are offering a short term 2 month lease or part lease to continue your riding skills over the summer. Lessons are not included but are available to book a lesson.

Indoor board$1,150.00 + HST Monthly
You monthly board includes group turnout, blanketing, tending to minor injuries, an individual feeding program and one weekly lesson or training session. 
outdoor board$750.00+ HST Monthly
Outdoor board includes group turnout, use of all facilities, use of a stall when needed.
